Who is Rocco D’Armiento?
I am a full time Residential & Commercial Realtor working from Philadelphia to the Jersey Shore. My offices are located in Princeton Junction, NJ and Yardley, PA. But most importantly, I have been married for 6 years and have four beautiful children. My oldest Melissa is 24 years old. She has her own pet sitting company that she has done for the past 6 years. My son Jeff, 22 years old, is a certified HVAC Mechanic. My son Eric is 16 years old and currently enrolled at the Council Rock North High School. My daughter Alex is also in the Council Rock North High School. My hobbies include spending time with my wife and children, skiing, traveling and visiting Long Beach Island in the summer.
I attended Monroe Township High School, class of 1979 and went on to continue my education at Mercer County & Middlesex College. After college I became the owner of Cranbury Hardware in Cranbury, NJ until 2004. Working there from 1976-2004 when I closed the business and started my new career in Real Estate. Being In real estate was a great fit since I dealt with repairs of old Historic homes and also did Construction and repairs my entire life. Having a handy man repair business and doing construction on large warehouses, building additions and and doing all phases of construction. I understood the construction of homes and what it took to repair and maintain a home of any age. Inspired by my entrepreneurial spirit I began my career in real estate in 2004. Since then I have been recognized as a recipient of the Circle of Excellence and President’s Circle awards, I am a member of the Middlesex & Mercer County Board of Realtors, Pennsylvania & New Jersey Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and in the top 3% of Realtors in the surrounding area. As an active member of the community I currently serve as the Vice President of the Cranbury Business & Professional Association and am a member of Business Plus Networking Group in Newtown, PA.
